One-Pan Wagyu Fajitas

Ingredientes:
- 1 pound W. Black wagyu beef strips
- 1 cup sweet onion julienned
- 1 cup red onion julienned
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers julienned
- 1 jalapeno pepper minced
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 lime zested and juiced
- ½ orange zested and juiced
Garnish
- 1 cup cilantro picked, washed
- Salsa
- ½ cup queso fresco crumbled
- 2 limes wedged
- 16 cornor flour tortillas warmed
Procedimiento:
- Preheat a large skillet over HIGH heat with oil. Once the oil begins to shimmer add the beef strips. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from the pan to rest.
- While the beef strips rest, reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH and add the onions. Cook for 3 minutes before adding the bell peppers, jalapeno, and garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the peppers are caramelized.
- Add the beef strips back to the pan along with the taco seasoning, zest and juice of the lime and orange.
- To serve: Garnish with cilantro, and serve with salsa, queso fresco, lime wedges, and tortillas of your choice.
