Season the steaks with your favorite steak seasoningand add oil to a large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat.
Once oil begins to shimmer, add steaks and cook todesired temperature. Remove from skillet and allow to rest before slicing.
Next, in the same skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, corn, bell pepper, red onion, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes while occasionally stirring until the corn is just cooked through.
Once the corn is cooked, turn off the heat and add there maining ingredients for the relish. Stir to combine then hold warm
Serve whole or sliced and with a generous helping ofrelish and sliced green onion.
