
Grass-Fed Ribeyes with Sweet Corn Relish
Platos
Ingredientes:
- 2 each grass-fed beef ribeyes
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Corn Relish
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ¾ cup corn kernels
- ¾ cup mix bell pepper small dice
- ¼ cup red onion fine dice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup heirloom tomato diced
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper ground
- ½ tsp celery seed
- Salt taste
Garnish
- Green onion finely sliced
Procedimiento:
- Season the steaks with your favorite steak seasoningand add oil to a large skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat.
- Once oil begins to shimmer, add steaks and cook todesired temperature. Remove from skillet and allow to rest before slicing.
- Next, in the same skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, corn, bell pepper, red onion, and garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes while occasionally stirring until the corn is just cooked through.
- Once the corn is cooked, turn off the heat and add there maining ingredients for the relish. Stir to combine then hold warm
- Serve whole or sliced and with a generous helping ofrelish and sliced green onion.
