Preheat a large skillet over HIGH heat with oil. Once the oil begins to shimmer add the beef strips. Cook for 2-3 minutes and remove from the pan to rest.
While the beef strips rest, reduce heat to MEDIUM-HIGH and add the onions. Cook for 3 minutes before adding the bell peppers, jalapeno, and garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the peppers are caramelized.
Add the beef strips back to the pan along with the taco seasoning, zest and juice of the lime and orange.
To serve: Garnish with cilantro, and serve with salsa, queso fresco, lime wedges, and tortillas of your choice.
